Apologies if there is already a thread on this.
I see he is likely to join Ipswich for a large sum.
Was there a sell-on clause for PTFC?
Would be a great injection of cash.
COYD.

You seem well informed Sterte!! Don't believe all you hear, as no doubt everyone will assume we are flowing with money and well wide of the mark silly amounts will be quoted, if and when CA goes, the directors know what we as a club will receive, and it will stay with them in accordance with the terms of the contract with Swindon.

Money apart, I am pleased for the lad. He is clearly keen to find out how far his undoubted talent can take him. More important that he enjoys it, decent lad and he deserves his success.

If there is a sell on clause that is great for us, but there is no need to start bickering amongst ourselves over the money on here!!
At the end of the day good for Charlie and all the best to him in his new club.

Up here in Wiltshire we`re all led to believe that it`s a done deal with Ipswich and Charlie was over there talking to their bosses during the afternoon. Apparently all has been agreed between the two clubs. Poole had suitable clauses in the contract with Swindon providing for suitable payments to Poole re sell-ons, England appearances [ if any ] etc. So a cheque made payable to Poole Town F.C. should soon be on the way !

Rob, only repeating what the BOD have had to endlessly repeat to the questions, in that there is a sell on clause, but all details are between the two BODs, rightly so.
