I have just been reading the match report,on there it says that Will spetch was hauled to the ground, indeed he was ,this happened right Infront of me ,I had a clear view as did the referee's assistant, Will spetch was actually held by the Henden player on the ground in a headlock.when the Poole players confronted the refs assistant his words were along the lines of, I'm not getting involved, why wasn't he getting involved? He is the referees assistant!

I said at the time it should have been a penalty and I don’t believe for one minute the referees assistant did not see it. If the club have video footage of the incident they should appeal the booking.

I think you’ll find you can’t appeal bookings!! But you can mention it in the officials report not that it helps Will or the club

If a video recording exists, it could be used for training purposes. 🤔😉 Also do officials have to take any notice of things? If they choose to continue to behave that way do they face sanction? As clubs and players do for their on pitch mistakes or actions.
