Massive effort from the lads. Whilst the game lacked any real quality, the lads made up for that with effort and commitment. |

Fair play to the lads hard earned point not a pretty game due to the heavy pitch but well earned point and a clean sheet too!

Yes, we did look the more likely to score with the pressure we created. I did acknowledge that Totton did have the mre clear cut chances but, we had more of the ball in and around the final third |

That is how I saw it BD. At the end of the day two things count scoring goals and keeping clean sheets. Coulda, shoulda do not show up in league tables and it’s all about points. In fact a point a game from here would be OK although a couple of wins would be nice. A quick look at the points per game table shows the league as it really stands: link
Points per game or average points tables are a more accurate depiction of the league when games plated are very different. It shows how important Monday’s game is but tomorrow’s games may change that. |

He was there but he didn't play due to a mutual agreement between clubs when he signed for Totton. Also good to see a bunch of our Dorchester exiles there as well. Good to get a point but a poor game mainly due to the state of the pitch but our attacking options were virtually non existant. Totton's defence could have stayed in the dressing room and we still would have struggled to score.
