Poole resume League action this coming Saturday with a trip to newly promoted Marlow, looking to get back to winning ways following the narrow defeat to title favourites AFC Totton last weekend. Poole have been light on goals, scoring only once in 3 games, but equally tight in defence, also conceding just the one goal across those matches.
Marlow have struggled to adjust to the Southern Premier League since coming up via the Isthmian League play-offs last season, taking only 1 point from their first three games, against fellow early strugglers Winchester City. Their most recent result was a 1-0 loss to Sholing which included two red cards for "The Blues", including one for their First Team Coach.
