Despite going a goal behind, Poole Town Ladies 1st team made an emphatic comeback to beat Purbeck Ladies 5-1 in the semi finals of the Dorset County Cup with 3 goals from Sam Gubb and 2 from Faye Hawkins. The ladies will face Weymouth in the final, to be held at the County Ground on Wednesday 27th April - please come along and show your support ;D

Just to point out, that the Ladies Reserves were in the other Semi, played at Tatnam this afternoon. Unfortunately they went out 0-4. Shame as an all Poole Town Final would have been a first. Before the game, we captured a team photo: and then asked them which way the beach was:

Considering we had problems fielding a Ladies team not so long ago, to have two teams in the Semis is a credit to everyone involved. What an amazing club!!!
