I have produced two letters to help support the planning application. The first is a pdf to print out and it is attached to this post. It has spaces for peoples name, address and signature so that people can sign and address it themselves. Apart from the printing is needs no IT skills but it must be at the civic centre by Jan 7th 2011. The second file is a word document that you can edit and personalise. Please replace the red capitals with you own information. Thanks for helping. JohnA Attachments:

Rob/John
We could do with some at the training match tomorrow night. Will you both be there?
I have posted on the Facebook page and that was repeated on Twitter - That has reached over 200 followers and in particular in the case of Twitter, a number of other non league clubs. Scarborough Ath F.C. with 1266 followers have re-tweeted the message. If people in Poole will not show an interest, perhaps we can draw some more support from up North

I can't make the game tomorrow CD but if you PM your address I'll pop some through your door later tonight.
I also still post on the Hayes and Yeading forum and three of them have said that they have supported us.

Rob et Al. I have printed 50 forms but I have also now created an easy on-line form that does not require registration with the council. It requires you to enter name address etc. then sends the result directly to the Planning Dept at PBC and a copy to your email address providing you entered it correctly. Please note that this is a live form so please read through the preview before you send it. www.poolebaymedia.co.uk/Poole-Town-FC-Planning-Application_Poole-Town-FC-Planning-App.htmlYou can send this link to anyone but it must be used by 7th Jan. At lunchtime today there were some 53 comment posted and 52 of these support the application. I have kept our friends at Hayes abreast of the situation and to their credit, many of them have commented very favourably.
