I expect you fine fellows have this covered but I just wanted to make a plea for access and viewing areas to be considered as part of your plans for the new ground. I am sure they will be and I think a lot of current regulations point you in the right direction but advice and guidance is easily available should you need any.

I have joined this fine organisation and they are very helpful and worth drawing in: www.levelplayingfield.org.ukLast time I asked there were very few, if any clubs at step 4 affiliated to them. I have drafted access policies before and happy to help.

Tc - You are correct that there are minimum standards that need to be adhered to. There will be disabled access and a disabled viewing area. The original plans included for a two level development with a lift for disabled access to the upper level. Plans may chnage and be refined, but whatever the outcome, disabled supporters will be catered for. PS - Please remember your passport when you cross the stour )
