the postings on the echo web site have been fantastic in the main but it has been made clear to me that letters actually in the paper carry more weight please could you all post prints of your e-mails in letter form to the echo? ? that would be powerful stuff--ms rose being reprimanded for her quite absurd comment would be good also somewhere i am told there is reference to the split being 90:10 their way attendance wise-ridiculous!! reference to a 50:50 split at such a meeting is significant bearing in mind usually only protesters go to such meetings andy thompson's point(he's the cricket chairman) asto where was the voice of the young among the residents was a crucial one the rec is not their front lawn as mr eades would have us believe it is acommunity facility and shoud be enjoyed as such if the friends of branksome rec care so much-why has none of them ever taken a paintbrush or screwdriver to the pavillion to try and stem its decay? we will care for it we will keepit pristine we will give youngsters wholesome fun our supporters will not cause any traffic issues the area cant cope with i dont even think its needed to say we wont be a nuisance-we know how to be good neighbours!! we will deliver a wonderful facility which will enhance the area
