Leaving aside all the AFC's in front of the name, my nomination in this category is 'Celtic Nation F C'! Have you ever come across a dafter or more pretentious name than that? Apparently the club is based in Carlisle and play in the Northern League Div 1.

I have to admit to relatives in Carlisle. True Brexit voters! but do go and see it before it changes. Have been to a few games at Brunton Park. Great little ground with a marvellous pub nearby called the Beehive and I actually had a couple of pints of State Brewery in there. State Brewery was introduced in WW1 to water down the beer as there were lots of ammo factories in the district.
