I have to agree with Choirboy Dave's post on another thread. In part. Andrew Rossiter has helped the club enormously on the financial front. However, he doesn't know his arse from his elbow when it comes to football or human relations. I was a Poole Town fan for 57 years until the shocking way in which TK was dismissed. He had his moments I'll agree, and as a steward it wasn't fun trying to calm him down on the touchline at matches. But that's passion for you. TK had a squad, built with Andrew's money, that he felt could win promotion. I for one was convinced. The timing of his dismissal was one of multiple major errors that can only be laid at Mr Rossiter's door. At first, having turned away from the club, I was almost amused at some of the results that have since ensued. Karma. Now I find myself rather concerned at the direction of the club on and off the field. Two managers in a number of weeks and Mr Rossiter Vice Chair. Give me strength!
Statistically we know that any other season, under TK we would be top five at the moment, at least. The way he has turned Dorchester around (with half the Poole starting eleven) proves my point. All we hear is "It's getting better, honest". No apology for the loss of club integrity or the fact that we are heading into the relegation zone at speed. Chris Reeves is a club LEGEND and Pippa is a star (I wouldn't know the rest for which I apologise). But this season has turned into a disaster on and off the field, the board dismissing twenty years service of a proven manager on one man's whim. Worked out well, didn't it? Yes, I'm airing dirty laundry in public but the board needs to man up. I am still boycotting matches but I do wish the club well in the fight for SLP survival. I hope the next manager can shore up the team and make much needed improvements onfield. Meanwhile the board need to look long and hard at themselves. Nuff said.

The job of managing Poole is similar to being Tory Prime Minister, neither last 5 mins before being out of a job! Jesus Christ!
