I have had confirmation today that the above game is to be played this Tues 10/08.
Exeter will be fielding 15,16,17 year olds for this fixture and not 18,19 as first thought.
I have manged to put together most of the 15, 16 year olds already with PTFC reserve's and i have 4 places which will may go to PTYFC.
i hope everyone will support this game as it will be a thrilling game with all the 16year olds who have already played for the reserve side during pre season, below is the expected squad for this game:
Ryan Park, Sam Dobbs, AAron Jackson, Ricky Jacobs, Reece Kempton, Karanjit Aujla, Dave Sturgess, Chris Snell, Dan Martin, Carl Chivers, Alvin Gunputh.
Guest Players x 4 PTYFC (As Req)

Poole Town Res 1 v 5 Exeter City U18s
Although the result seems like a thrashing, if you watched the game you know that was not the case, Poole fielding three 15 year olds and the rest 16 year olds, with Marc Jackson(18) really played well and was punished by errors more than tactical play.....
Exeter showed the fitness that is expected of players that train regularily take nothing away from their game they were well organised and showed better technical ability however players like Dave Sturgess showed he was a match for them as did many others on show tonight...
Young Carl Chivers managed to score a delightful goal for Poole Town in the second half.
I m very happy with the progress of my young players and we have learnt a lot from tonights game, we have three more friendlies left to play before our season starts on the 4 Sept, so i am satisfied my players will be prepared for the new season.
