This is just a straw poll to see how many wil go to the Planning meeting. No names No packdrill. In other words it is just for information, if other commitments mean you can't make it fair enough. We all do what we can when we can.

I'm off work as my little boy is on Easter holidays so yes - will be there. And hopefully Ryan will be there with me too in full PTFC kit. Do we know how long the meeting will be?

Planning meeting are usually 2-6:3 pm so 4.5 hours but this is a special meeting and I belve that only Bearwood is up for discussion. I would imagine that it would be over by lunchtime. How long was the Branksome meeting?

The meeting starts at 9.30 am TWO people from EACH SIDE can register to speak! So if the Club's Planning agents and one of our Directors speak, is that our two? Is it possible to ask questions from the floor?

Apologies from my son who received his 'invitation' to the planning meeting from PTC yesterday. He says he was quite happy to support us on the PTC site but taking a day off work and driving down from Suffolk for the meeting is a bit much to expect. And here's me thinking that I'd instilled a spirit of loyalty in him ;D ;D ;D ;D

The BoP Planning Dept has said that the letter sent out is incorrect, it should have said a maximum of 3 people from each side can speak.
