I am conscious that there hasn't been anything new in the public domain for some time.
That is not because nothing has been happening!!
Putting together the best part of £2.5m for a new ground is not easy.
We have had some good fortune along the way and we have also had some bitter disappointment and frustration.
This week has been a good one! We are not home and dry yet but we are a lot closer today than we were this time last week.
The landowner is being a tower of support.
I appreciate what I say here is very general but I hope you will all understand that it is very difficult to talk in specifics.
We are making genuine progress to achieving our aim.It would be wrong for me to make any guarantees but a huge amount of time is being devoted to the task and there are a load of people trying very hard to make it happen.

Understandable that the club are not able to say any thing definitive yet, saying that, is there a time scale as to when the club will be able to do so?

I am guessing that the new stand at Tatnam will be the Visitors stand at Bearwood so we will be able to see a small piece of our new stadium quite soon ?

I obviously appreciate just how anxious everyone is.
We just can't go public yet with a breakdown of where we are at. There is not a week goes by without many hours being spent on the project.Rod Taylor and I had a 2hour plus meeting this week and Rod also had a long session with the Architects.
If anyone can manufacture £600k out of the blue we will be able to up the pace considerably!
For Rod this has almost become a full time job.
the various issues we are trying to address are just too sensitive for the public domain regrettably.
Sorry Guys.
I do see a time soon however when there will be a considerable public involvement but the timing is crucial.
I'm not saying others couldn't do better but I am saying that our relocation continues to be a detailed work in process.

As I see it the BOD are doing a great job and with the changes at Tatnam we are not desperate for Bearwood at the moment.
Subject to planning permission, there are still improvements that can be made even if we are promoted. I suppose I am really saying that we should wait for occasional updates whilst trying to raise the money required.
Keep up the good work Chris and let is know if there is anything we can do.
