Poole Town Res 3 Salisbury 3. This was p-p on 28 Dec 1959 and rescheduled for 04 May 1960.

I need to confirm that the match was played on this date.

Still outstanding are details of both the WL Pro Cup ties v Portland United which would have been played early in the season.

Originally scheduled for 17 March 65 the Bournemouth Echo suggests that it may have been changed to 24 March 65???

I have only just acquired a computer so have only just looked at Poole Town news. Did you get info you were looking for and are you attempting to compile a list of old results. I have been watching Poole since 1964 and have quite a few programmes both Southern and Western League that you are welcome to look at if they would help you.Also some newspaper cuttings. I suggested at a meeting for supporters that it would be a good idea if any old memorabilia could be stored for future reference as very often when old supporters die much of the clubs past is discarded by their families.Im a bit slow on the computer at the moment so please be patient if i dont reply to you straight away.
